works:

nickname you wish to go by (I prefer you to remain anonymous), I also need
your e-mail address and your sex and maybe your age just for interest sake!
I will there after add you to my database where you will receive information from me from time to time. Information will include venues, competitions and some other juicy information that wont be published on this site.
Should you wish to be removed from my mailing list then please send me mail requesting your removal and I will remove you from the database any you will receive no more mail from me.
